The Story
Edusaarthi came with a clear vision.
The client already knew what they wanted - a complete digital platform for managing academic operations, schedules, files, and student records. The challenge wasn’t defining the product direction. It was transforming complex requirements into an interface that felt simple, organized, and intuitive.
My role focused on translating structured business logic into scalable UI systems that could grow with the platform.
Turning Complexity into Clarity
Education platforms often grow feature by feature, resulting in cluttered dashboards and inconsistent experiences.
The goal here was to:
simplify heavy administrative workflows
reduce visual noise across data-heavy screens
create consistency across multiple modules
make navigation effortless even with large datasets
Instead of discovering the problem through research, the challenge was design execution at scale.
Design Approach
Designing with Clear Requirements
Since the client had detailed requirements ready, the focus shifted toward:
translating workflows into usable layouts
balancing data density with readability
establishing consistent UI patterns early
designing for future scalability
This allowed us to move faster into structured design decisions while keeping usability at the center.
